Why I Made This List…

Entrepreneurs have a reputation for being committed readers. In fact, one of the most common questions I get from clients, friends, and business owners is, “What books do you recommend?”

If you’re anything like me, you probably don’t think the world needs another entrepreneurship reading list. However, with 400+ business books under my belt, I can tell you firsthand that not all were worth it. Some books have 20 pages of value and 200 pages of fluff. Others may provide little value at all. For many, figuring out what’s worth reading has become a chore.

The following is a short collection of 25 books that I have (and would) recommend. These are books that I think are worth the investment of your time as an entrepreneur. I have read many of these several times, and you’ll find the value can change depending on where you are in your journey.

You may see a few familiar favorites, but I was also very purposeful in sprinkling in a few gems that I think haven’t received the attention they deserve.

P.S. You might notice that several books on this list are not intended specifically for business. I assure you, that’s 100% intentional.

I hope you enjoy this list of the best books for entrepreneurs.
